As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a cohesive and elevated design standard across all villas, the Board is currently reviewing updated fabric options for the in-unit loveseat and sofa.

We’ve selected a few fabric options (for loveseat & sofa) that balance durability, comfort, and visual appeal. These samples are now available for viewing on the Ocean Palms Villa Owners Facebook page and on Stacy Hicks’ blog. - (leave message in the comments on this post) 

💬 We Welcome Your Input
Owners are invited to share feedback on the proposed fabrics (for loveseat & sofa) by commenting on either platform. Your thoughts will help inform our decision-making process as we consider what best serves the long-term quality and aesthetic of the villas.

New Resident Coordinator Announced! Lexy Shaw

 Please join us in welcoming our new Resident Coordinator starting at Villa Services in September:

Message from Lexy Shaw:

I am thrilled to be joining The Westin as Resident Coordinator. I bring over 15 years of

hospitality experience, beginning in my family’s restaurant during high school and continuing

through roles at The Smokehouse on Hilton Head and as an Event Coordinator right next door,

at the Marriott Barony. I earned my degree in Hospitality Management from the University of

South Carolina Beaufort in 2020, and I am passionate about creating memorable guest

experiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, cooking, seeing live music, and spending time with my

fiancé, our dog, and two cats. I am so excited to begin this new role and look forward to

meeting and working with all of you.
